uncomfortable loungers staff greetings

i didnt like few things in particular. firstly, the loungers at the pool lacked padding making them uncomfortable. also, the staff didnt greet guests after check in. its unusual because in thailand the staff usually smile and greet you as you come and go from the hotel. these small things did leave me somewhat disappointed.

The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to a shopping mall (perfect for quick access to shops and restaurants). The pool was a good size and well kept. My room was spacious and kept clean daily.

The room had extra seating both inside and on the balcony it was a very spacious room. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was big with enough amenities and supplies.

After I checked in staff did not acknowledge me. Usually in Thailand staff are full of smiles. There were not enough loungers at the pool most of them did not have comfortable padding

uncomfortable padding rarely smiled

The hotel location was acceptable, close to shops and restaurants.

The pool was very crowded, and i could not find a free lounger. Most loungers lacked padding, made them very uncomfortable. i also noticed the staff rarely smiled or greeted guests After check-in.

wonderful stay with great service

helpful staff ample parking

i found the front desk staff very helpful from check-in to check-out. the restaurant staff was friendly and easy to talk to. the breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of items, and everything was tasty. the housekeeping staff were professional and the resort common areas were clean. ample parking space existed in the self-park lot.

during my stay, i noticed that there were not enough loungers available at the pool, and most of them lacked comfortable padding. this made it difficult to relax by the pool, especially during peak hours. more comfortable loungers would certainly improve the pool experience

the room included a spacious balcony with drying rods and a double daybed. each room overlooks the pool, a great feature. the bathroom and shower were spacious, with fantastic water pressure.

the hotel is a short seven-minute walk to the beach. bangkok hospital is one block away, which offers peace of mind. a shopping mall is also located only 1.5 blocks away.

the hotel features a beautiful pool, a fitness center, and a kids' play area. the pool is large and well-kept. the finger bar at the pool offers a good selection of food and happy hour cocktails.

the staff were very friendly, helpful, and spoke very good english. i found the team accommodating and attentive to guest needs. the service provided contributed to a pleasant and stress-free visit.
